To ensure that all MINGDALN users receive better after-sales service, this warranty policy is formulated in accordance with the customer protection laws or regulations of the European Union (EU), the United States and mainland China. MINGDALN will provide you with warranty services related to any product return, exchange or repair in accordance with the following terms and conditions.

This MINGDALN warranty policy covers products defined herein purchased through our official website (https://mingdalnoffical.Com.com), MINGDALN authorized agents, distributors and other authorized third-party sales platforms.

Service Mode

Products purchased through MINGDALN official website are eligible for all warranty services. Regarding purchases from other sales platforms, MINGDALN official website only covers repair, worry-free replacement, and technical support for Products within the warranty period. As for return or exchange, please contact the retail store, online store, etc., where the Product was originally purchased.

Warranty Coverage

This warranty policy warranties MINGDALN smartwatches (excluding accessories) under normaluse against:

(i) malfunctions of certain features due to hardware or software failure;

(ii)defects in materials or workmanship caused by oxidation, corrosion, etc.;

(iii) water immersion in normal temperatures without manual disassembly or damage;

Warranty Exclusions

This Warranty is NOT applicable to:

(i) normal wear and tear;

(ii) defects or damage caused by misuse, (including the spillage of liquid, abuse, connection to

improper voltage, unusual stress, panel deformation);

(iii) defects or damage caused during transportation, loading or unloading of returned,

exchanged or repaired Products;

(iv) defects or damage caused by installation, use or maintenance not in accordance with the

user manual;

(v) Absence, damage or blurriness of the nameplate, SN code or permanent label;

(vi) Out-of-warranty Products;

(vii) defects or damage caused by accident (including fire, flood, earthquake);

(viii) use for medical, healthcare or treatment purposes;

(ix) other scenarios identified by MINGDALN.

Warranty Models & Services

MINGDALN provides global users with a two-year warranty service from the date of purchase, and provides the following four warranty modes and services for products with non-artificial problems:

A. Free repair service
Applicable to: product defects or damage other than the above warranty exclusions.

Estimated time: MINGDALN provides unlimited repair services. From the date we receive the returned product, it may take about 1 to 3 months to repair, depending on the specific situation.
Related costs: MINGDALN provides free repairs and will bear the shipping costs of the repaired equipment.

B. Free Replacement Service
Applicable to: Time-consuming and expensive product repairs evaluated by our customer service team, free replacement will be provided.

MINGDALN will provide up to 1 free replacement per order, involving product defects or damages other than the above warranty.

Related costs: MINGDALN provides free replacement and will bear the shipping costs of the new device.

C. Paid Repair and Refurbishment Service
Applicable to: Product defects caused by human error.

You can contact our official customer support to initiate a paid repair request. MINGDALN will evaluate based on product status and customer needs.

Estimated time: From the date we receive the returned product, repair or refurbishment may take about 1 to 3 months, depending on the specific situation, such as the time required to replace accessories.

Related costs: Customers should bear the repair fee and the shipping costs of the repaired or refurbished device.

D. Worry-free Replacement Service
Applicable to: Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, time-consuming repairs (customer claims).

Estimated time: You can exchange your existing smartwatch for a brand new one at the lowest price, or exchange it for a higher-priced product by paying the price difference, up to twice per order.

Note: MINGDALN offers a long-term worry-free replacement service as part of our VIP service. Worry-free replacement service is twice as efficient as repair service, with an average cost of less than 70% of the repair cost. Depending on the specific situation, our technical team will measure the product value and develop a replacement plan, under which you only need to pay 20% to 60% of the original price to get a new smartwatch.

Related costs: Pay the lowest possible price to get a brand new smartwatch without sending back the original product.
