Shipping Policy
Kindly note that the below shipping guide is only for reference purposes. The actual shipping period may vary depending upon holidays, customs, and circumstantial factors. Customers will be notified about the shipping status via email after the shipment has been dispatched and can also track their orders through Order Status.
Shipping Time and Warehouse
MINGDALN uses a variety of methods to ship products. We recommend specific shipping methods for different products based on weight or size in order to provide customers with the most reliable and competitive prices. All orders are shipped from our US and China warehouses.
All orders are subject to a 1-3 business day processing period before they are shipped. MINGDALN uses the best carriers in the industry, but we cannot provide same-day delivery services or guarantee overnight or next-day delivery.
The shipping period mentioned in the following guidelines does not include order processing time.
We offer two different shipping methods: Registered Air Mail and DHL, and the shipping time for each is:
1) Registered Air Mail can reach most countries, but the shipping time will be longer, and it will take about 12-30 business days to arrive after shipment.
2) DHL takes 5 to 10 business days to deliver the product. We all know that DHL is always faster than air mail, but it is also expensive. If you choose DHL, it means that you agree to clear customs if the goods are stuck there.
How much does the shipping cost?
The price depends on factors such as product weight, origin, destination, mode of transport and warehouse. You can view detailed price information when placing an order.
*Currently, we only accept orders and shipments within the areas listed on the order page.
*Please note that shipments may be delayed on weekends and holidays. (In the event of holidays, DHL logistics needs to express to the warehouse, which may waste 4-5 working days. This is a force majeure factor and both parties accept it by default.)
How to Expedite Shipping Your Order?
Please fill in the complete shipping address, including recipient name, company name, apartment number, floor number, street name, and valid phone number to avoid package delays or loss. MINGDALN is not responsible if the package is lost due to subjective reasons such as incorrect address.
We use a third-party address verification system, so please enter the address information exactly as it appears on your credit card bill. Incorrect information may cause delays in order processing or shipment.
If our shipping partner returns your order to MINGDALN as undeliverable, you will need to place a new order. Please contact Customer Support to resolve your payment issues at .
You can save time and frustration by entering your address information in the appropriate boxes and double-checking for spelling errors and other mistakes.
About Customs Tax
Imported goods/services may be subject to taxes and are regulated by the laws of that country. MINGDALN is not responsible for any tax invoices collected for its products. Shipping costs are estimates and may depend on different policies and tax rates applicable in each country. Please contact your local customs for details.
If the package cannot be delivered or returned normally due to the buyer's non-cooperation in customs clearance/payment of customs duties, no refund will be processed if the buyer has not completed customs clearance. The buyer will eventually neither receive the product nor get a refund.

Non-refundable shipping charges
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Shipping charges cover the services provided by the carrier and are not refundable if the item is returned for any reason.
