To Better Serve Mingdaln Users Worldwide, This Return And Exchange Policy Is Formulated In Accordance With The Customer Protection Laws Or Regulations Of The European Union (Eu), The United States And Mainland China And The Brand Philosophy Of Mingdaln.

The MINGDALN Return and Exchange Policy only covers products defined herein purchased through our official website (https://www.mingdalnoffical.com).

7-Day Satisfaction Guaranteed Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with the item you purchased from https://www.mingdalnoffical.comfor any reason, you have 7 days (starting from 00:00 the next day after receipt) to request a return.

To be eligible for a 7-day satisfaction guarantee return, all of the following requirements must be met:

About return fees:

  • Under the 7-day satisfaction guaranteed return policy, customers shall prepay all shipping charges;
  • Refunds will be processed and paid within 4 weeks of MINGDALN’s receipt of the Product.
     

Your return application will be rejected by MINGDALN if:

  • the return is requested beyond 7 days from the date of receipt;
  • all accessory items, giveaways, the user manual, or original packaging included with your purchase is missing or damaged with your return;
  • valid receipt or proof-of-purchase cannot be provided, or is counterfeited or altered in any way;
  • Product defects or damage is caused by any alterations, spillage of liquid, sand, oil, etc., improper installation, or use not in accordance with the user manual;
  • Product defects or damage is caused by accident (including without limitation collision, fire, flood, earthquake, traffic accidents);
  • the returned Product is not sent out within 7 days of return service confirmation with MINGDALN Customer Service;
  • the returned Product is not sent out in accordance with the requirements from MINGDALN Customer Service;
  • there occur other scenarios not meeting the conditions under this return policy.

15-Day Easy Exchange

If there exists quality issue with the Product purchased from https://www.mingdalnoffical.com/, you have 15 daysfrom the date of receipt (starting from 00:00 the next day) to request an exchange. You can apply to exchange for a different colour, or in exchange for a higher-priced product by filling the difference in price.

Note: You won’t be refunded the difference in price if you apply to exchange for a lower-priced products.

About exchange fees:

  • The Product exchange fees may vary depending on the specific circumstance;
  • Shipping and handling charges, gift wrap fees, and taxes paid (e.g., state, customs, VAT) are not refundable.
     

Your exchange application will be rejected by MINGDALN if:

  • the exchange is requested beyond 15 days from the date of receipt;
  • valid receipt or proof-of-purchase cannot be provided, or is counterfeited or altered in any way;
  • the returned Product is incomplete or suffers physical damage caused by human factors;
  • no Product defects or damage is identified by MINGDALN technical support team;
  • Product defects or damage is caused by any alterations, spillage of liquid, sand, oil, etc., improper installation, or use not in accordance with the user manual;
  • Product defects or damage is caused by accident (including without limitation collision, fire, flood, earthquake, traffic accidents);
  • the returned Product is not sent out within 7 days of exchange service confirmation with MINGDALN Customer Service;
  • there occur other scenarios not meeting the conditions under this exchange policy.
2-Year Warranty Service

MINGDALN provides our global users with a two-year warranty from the date of original purchase for Product damage or defects caused by non-human factors. For more information, please refer to the MINGDALN Warranty Policy.

 

To qualify for MINGDALN warranty service, all the following requirements must be met:

  • Product defects or damage occurs within 2 years of the date of original purchase (“warranty period”), which is caused by non-human factors;
  • Product defects or damage is not caused by unauthorized disassembly, modification, or use not in accordance with the user manual;
  • Valid proof-of-purchase, receipt, or order number should be provided.
     

About warranty fees:

  • The warranty fees may vary depending on the specific circumstance;
  • Customers must prepay all shipping charges and shall assume all risk of loss or damage to the Product while in transit to MINGDALN.
