We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. We understand mistakes happen and we are willing to support all customers through this process and ask that communication is respectful, clear, and honest.
Please understand that we cannot always accommodate 'change of mind' returns or refunds if they do not fit the eligibility criteria outlined in our refund policy. Refund and Returns Process
Our 30-day refund policy applies to Mingdaln Smartwatches (not accessories). Accessories may be eligible for replacement if defective. Here's how you can request a refund or return:

To be eligible for a return or refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging with all items included, along with the receipt or proof of purchase. If your item is not in line with these standards, you may not receive a refund or the full refund amount (less admin and handling fees).
Returns may need to be done at your own cost. Please email our support for instructions before sending your package. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted. Please note that an administration and handling fee of up to $24.99 per item may apply (less for unused or unopened products).

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. Defective items must be reported immediately so that we can provide a replacement if necessary.
Customers must not intentionally damage or misuse the product (i.e., use it for anything other than its primary purpose - as a smartwatch). Mingdaln reserves the right to refuse refunds or replacements for items deemed misused or damaged due to improper usage.
Our refund policy aims to ensure customer satisfaction while discouraging deliberate damage. Mingdaln Smartwatches are built to withstand tough conditions — we conduct rigorous testing to provide you with a reliable and durable smartwatch. Advertisements are accurate representations of the product; however, we strongly caution against attempting to replicate ads at home.
Actions not covered under warranty include diving, swimming in salt or chlorine water, use in steam rooms or high water temperatures, hitting, putting weight on the watch, and other behaviors inappropriate for a smartwatch. Items and packaging in poor or unsanitary conditions may not be accepted.

Our goal is to deliver products that exceed expectations and stand the test of time. If returned items or packaging are not in the original condition, you may be charged up to $69.90 for cleaning, replacement, or repair. Extremely poor condition items may not be refunded.
We aim to support genuine customers and are generally flexible with slightly imperfect returns (without clear signs of misuse). Please remember that unfair or unreasonable refund requests can impact our ability to serve customers.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the product you want is to return the item you have and, once accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Items must be in the same condition you received them, unworn, with tags, and in original packaging, along with proof of purchase.
Refunds
You may be charged an administration and handling fee for returns once posted. All refunds must include the original item returned to Mingdaln. Please email our support for instructions before sending your package. Items returned without approval will not be accepted.
The administration and handling fee is up to $24.99 per item and does not include postage for returning the product. This fee is lower for unused or unopened products.
Certain exclusions apply, including items damaged due to misuse, exposure to hazardous chemicals, missing components, or damaged packaging. Items in poor or unsanitary condition may incur additional charges (up to $69.90) or may not be refunded.
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund is approved. If not approved, you may request an explanation.
If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10–15 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed, contact 📩 mingdaln@163.com.
